26th Annual Dr. Tom Scott Memorial Golf Tournament Date Change

Davidson Athletics and the Davidson Golf Program recently announced revised plans for this year's Dr. Tom Scott Memorial Golf Tournament.
Originally planned for Monday, May 3, 2021, this year's in-person tournament is being moved to Monday, Sept. 13, 2021, at River Run Country Club.
Head Golf Coach Tim Straub said, "After careful consideration and in the best interest of the event experience, we have decided to postpone the in-person portion of the tournament. With the ongoing loosening of state restrictions, a later date will allow for more golfers to attend the event and hopefully provide us with the opportunity to host a post-tournament awards reception."
An online auction is scheduled to take place during the original timeframe of May 3, with all proceeds supporting the Davidson Golf Program. The online auction will be open to anyone who would like to participate, featuring online bidding and bid updates via the web or mobile device.
