'Cats Conclude Fall at Wake Forest Invite

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Davidson men's tennis team wrapped up its 2021 fall season on Sunday, competing at Wake Forest's Fall Invitational tournament.
Overall, the Wildcats had nine competitors across the B1, B2 and B3 singles draws with William Clark picking up the lone Round of 16 victory in the B3 draw with a 6-0, 6-4 win.
Davidson also had three doubles teams compete across three separate draws, as Juan Camilo Perez Gongora and Nico Pinzon battled in B doubles, while Maxwell Kachkarov and Alejandro Solares competed in A1 doubles and Sam Kavarana and William Clark went to work in the C doubles draw.
The Wildcats will return to action this spring when they open up the year right where they left off, taking on Wake Forest in Winston-Salem.
