Women's Cross Country Finishes Fourth at Royals Challenge

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Davidson women's cross country finished in fourth place out of 29 teams at the Royals Challenge on Friday night. The 5k meet was hosted by Queens University of Charlotte.
Junior Kelsey Troutman was the top Wildcat finisher in 21st place. She stopped the clock at 17:58.4.
Just seven spots behind her, freshman Abigail Nasse finished with a time of 18:12.9.
Rounding out Wildcats that finished inside the top 40 were Frances Whitworth (18:15.4) in 34th place and Alexis McDonnell (18:20.2) in 39th place.
Up next for Davidson is the 2021 A-10 Championships at the end of October.
