Wildcats Finish 8th at Royals Challenge

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Davidson men's cross country finished in eighth place at the Royals Cross Country Challenge on Friday night, hosted by Queens University of Charlotte.
Freshman Charlie Siebert led the Wildcats in the 8k, crossing the finish line in with a 24:24.2 time.
Joe dos Reis finished behind him in 41st place with a time of 24:36.2. Owen Drometer was the third Wildcat to finish in the top 60 with a time of 24:44.0.
Charleston (WV) won the meet with 42 points. Davidson totaled 238 points behind Wake Forest, Wingate, Milligan, Cedarville, Furman and Edinboro.
Men's cross country is back in action next Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Princeton Invitational.
