Yarbrough Nominated for the 2019 NCAA Woman of the Year Award

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Davidson women's track and field and cross country's Caroline Yarbrough is one of 12 nominees from the Atlantic 10 for the 2019 NCAA Woman of the Year Award, announced by the league Tuesday.
 
Yarbrough wrapped up a stellar four-year career on the track and in the trails for the Wildcats where she took home 16 A-10 All-Conference honors, seven All-Academic team selections and four individual track titles.
 
The Greensboro, N.C., native graduated with a degree in art history and a minor in history in May 2019 and was twice named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District team and USTFCCCA Academic All-Region squad.
 
The NCAA Woman of the Year selection committee will identify the Top-30 candidates followed by three finalists of each intercollegiate athletic division.
