Yarbrough Concludes Stellar Career at NCAA East Prelims

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. –Senior Caroline Yarbrough concluded her stellar career at the NCAA East Prelim Meet Thursday night at Hodges Stadium.
Yarbrough, competing in her second consecutive NCAA East Prelim, stopped the clock in the 10,000-meter run in 36:25.18. The Greensboro, N.C., native qualified for the meet with an Atlantic 10, 10k winning time of 34:27.15, the second fastest time in program history.
Yarbrough wrapped up a phenomenal career as a 16-time Atlantic 10 All-Conference team member, three-time A-10 Champion and two-time NCAA East Region Qualifier.
She departs Davidson as the outdoor 5,000-meter record holder (16:20.70) and her name dominates the all-time performance lists.
