Comments from the Coach
"The team and staff are very excited to open our season at Alumni Stadium. It's an incredible venue to enjoy college soccer, as it's a soccer specific venue with a beautiful grass pitch, seating close to the field and more. I urge the student body to join and be our passionate "12th Man" especially for starting line-ups and kick-off. NCAA rules now allow noisemakers (except for whistles and air horns) in the crowd during the match. Drumbeats, cowbells and more can stoke the fan experience and playing environment."
"As the first game, our focus is on our preparation, confidence, energy, and unity. The players will need to be warriors and fully committed in each of their respective roles. High Point is a talented team and ambitious program as reigning Big South Champs."
