Carmack Leads Men's XC at A-10 Championship

MECHANICSVILLE, Va. – Senior Dylan Carmack led Davidson at the Atlantic 10 Cross Country Championship Saturday at Pole Green Park.
Carmack, a senior from Chattanooga, Tenn., placed 31st overall, stopping the clock over the 8k course in 25:39.0.
The final four scorers for the Wildcats were all freshman competing in their first conference championship. Trent Turbyfill paced the young 'Cats with a time of 26:17.0. Colin Ross, Coleman Mitchell and Max Pearson rounded out the scorers for Davidson, all coming home under 27:00.
Davidson returns to the trails Friday, Nov. 9 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet at Winthrop Farms in Rock Hill, S.C.
