-- The Road to March driven by Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet continues Friday as Davidson takes on top-seeded Dayton in the Atlantic 10 Tournament quarterfinals.
-- Ninth-seeded Davidson enters the 2017 Atlantic 10 Men's Basketball Championship quarterfinals 16-14 following an 82-73 win over La Salle in the second round.
-- Peyton Aldridge paced three Wildcats in double figures with a venue-record 33 points.
-- Jack Gibbs added 18 points, while freshman Jon Axel Gudmundsson finished with a season-high 16 points to go along with 7 assists.
-- The Wildcats also tied the building record for assists with 23 on 27 field goals.
-- Davidson, which captured the A-10 regular season title in 2015, is a combined 32-22 against league competition in just three seasons.
-- On Tuesday, Gibbs (first team) and Aldridge (second team) were named all-conference.
-- Gibbs and Aldridge are the second highest scoring duo in the nation and have combined for 37 20-point outings and nine 30-point efforts this season.
-- Gibbs and Aldridge rank first and second in the A-10, averaging 21.9 and 21.0 points per game, respectively.
-- Gibbs is looking to become the first player to lead the league in scoring in back-to-back seasons since Temple's Dionte Christmas (2006-09).
-- Gibbs, the first player in school history with 1,500 points, 400 rebounds and 400 assists, is fourth (47 out of 3rd) on Davidson's all-time scoring list with 1,985 career points.

-- Aldridge ranks among league leaders in scoring (21.0/2nd), rebounding (8.1/4th), free-throw percentage (.843/6th), 3-point field-goal percentage (.422/4th), 3-pointers per game (2.2/7th) and minutes per game (36.7/4th).
-- Over his last six games, Aldridge is averaging 22.0 points and 10.7 rebounds, while recording four double-doubles.
