Golf Set to Compete at Wolfpack Spring Intercollegiate

DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Davidson men's golf team will travel to Raleigh this weekend for the Wolfpack Spring Intercollegiate hosted by NC State at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
The two-day 54-hole event will begin with an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start Saturday morning on the Par 71, 7,358-yard layout. Following 36 holes on the opening day, Sunday's final round will tee off Holes 1 & 10 at 8 a.m.
In addition to the host Wolfpack, the 16-team field will feature Chattanooga, Columbia, Davidson, ETSU, Elon, Francis Marion, George Mason, Loyola-Maryland, Manhattan, Middle Tennessee State, Penn, Richmond, South Florida, VCU and Virginia.
Coming off a Top-15 finish at the Irish Creek Intercollegiate, senior David Sargent continues to lead Wildcats with a 74.36 stroke average.
