RALEIGH, N.C. – Sophomore Jack Lang (72-68-75 = 215/+2) finished tied for 20th out of 90 competitors to lead Davidson at the Wolfpack Intercollegiate hosted by NC State.
The two-day/54-hole event was played on the 7,358-yard / Par 71 Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
Dating back to the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championship, Lang has recorded three straight Top-20 finishes with a scoring average of 71.78.
In addition to Davidson and the host Wolfpack, the 17-team field included Augusta, Campbell, East Carolina, George Mason, George Washington, Georgia Southern, Kennesaw State, Maryland, Rhode Island, Temple, UNCG, USC Upstate, Winthrop and Wofford.
East Carolina (-15) claimed the team title by three shots over Kennesaw State, while the Pirates' Timothy Conover was the low individual finishing at 12-under (67-67-67 = 201)
