PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Wrapping up its road schedule for the 2016 season, the Davidson women's soccer team fell on the road Sunday to host Saint Joseph's by the score of 4-0 in Atlantic 10 play at Sweeney Field.
The Wildcats fell 1-6-1 in A-10 play and 5-11-1 overall. The Hawks continued their impressive season, staying unbeaten in their last 14 games to move to 14-1-2 overall and also remained unbeaten in league action at 7-0-1. The 14 wins set a single season record.

• This was just the second all-time meeting between both school's women's soccer programs.
• Today's game marked the final road contest for the Wildcats, as they played nine games away from Alumni Stadium.
• Head coach Greg Ashton needs just one more win to become the program's all-time winningest coach. He entered the day with 118 victories during his 12 years at Davidson to tie Kevin Hundley.
• SJU's Emily Gingrich led the Hawks to victory by scoring two first-half goals, her 10th and 11 of the season, and adding an assist.
