‘Cats Battled Knights In Exhibition At BB&T BallPark Monday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Davidson baseball team took on the Charlotte Knights in a six-and-half-inning exhibition game Monday afternoon at BB&T BallPark. The Knights defeated the Wildcats, 3-0.
With the Knights pitching to both teams, the Wildcats got off one hit, while Charlotte recorded six hits and an error. The Knights scored their three runs in the fifth inning.
The contest lasted 1:36 with approximately 2,500 people in attendance.

The Wildcats will return to regular-season action when they travel to Duke tomorrow, April 7 at 6 p.m.
