DAVIDSON, N.C. – The men and women's cross country team earned USTFCCA All-Academic accolades for the 2014 season, the organization announced Wednesday.
Davidson was one of 169 teams to have both its men's and women's teams recognized as USTFCCCA All-Academic teams.
The women's team was one of 226 women's programs that received the award. Davidson posted a team cumulative average of 3.50. The Wildcats finished the season fifth at their first appearance at the Atlantic 10 championship.
The men's team was one of 179 programs that earned All-Academic team honors with a team GPA of 3.62. Davidson posted a fifth-place finish at their first appearance at the Atlantic 10 championship.
