The win was the 10th straight for the Demon Deacons, who improve to 13-1-2 overall, while the Wildcats fall to 5-8-3.
Harrison, who entered the contest ranked second nationally in assists with nine, set up Jon Bakero's eventual game-winner in the fourth minute and Hayden Partain at the 12:35 mark.
Despite playing just 19 minutes, Harrison extended the Demon Deacons' lead to 3-0 with a shot from about 15 yards out.
Midway through the second half, Tane Gent scored the game's final goal on assists from Ricky Greensfelder and Bakero.
Senior Shane Macnamara paced the Wildcats with two shots, while goalkeeper Matt Pacifici finished with five saves.
In all, Davidson played 23 players, including Winston-Salem native John Wierman, who played the final 14 minutes between the pipes and didn't allow a goal.
The loss ends a six-game unbeaten streak against the ACC for the Wildcats, who played Duke to a 2-2 draw earlier in the season.
