DAVIDSON, N.C. – Sara Anundsen, Davidson women's tennis head coach, sat down to talk about the fall season. Anunden, in her first season at the helm of the program, recaps the four events the Wildcats competed in this season.
Davidson finished 2014 with a strong outing at the UNC Kitty Harrison Invitational, Nov. 7-9, against a competitive field. The Wildcats faced the likes of Virginia Tech, USC, former Southern Conference opponent Elon, Wake Forest, Virginia, Maryland, William & Mary and Penn State during the three-day tournament.
The Wildcats will begin their spring season, Jan. 18, on the road as they travel to Blacksburg, Va., to face Virginia Tech. It marks the third straight year Davidson has opened against the Hokies on the road.
