DAVIDSON, N.C. — The Davidson women's basketball team stepped away from the hardwood for a bit as they got into the Halloween spirit in the Davidson community Friday, Oct. 25, participating in the Davidson Halloween March.
The team helped pass out candy as part of the downtown Halloween march that began at five on Friday. Costumed kids and their parents started lining up near Town Hall and marched down main street where merchants and other organizations handed out treats for the kids. The evening ended with a Concert of the Green for all the participants.
The Wildcats will have an exhibition Tuesday, Oct. 29 at Belk Arena against Johnson C. Smith. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
