DAVIDSON, N.C. — The Davidson women's basketball team, undefeated in Southern Conference play, returns to the hardwood on Monday, when they travel to Wofford for a 6 p.m. contest.
The game will be broadcast live on the Davidson Radio Network on teamline with Derek Smith and Leslie Urban. You can also follow the Wildcats on live stats or live video streaming through Wofford's athletic website.
The Wildcats (9-5, 5-0 SoCon), who defeated Furman 61-50 on Saturday, have been on a roll. They have won seven of their last eight games and their 5-0 league start, which is good for first place in the league, is second-best in school history behind the 2008-09 team that started 7-0. Wofford (8-5, 1-3 SoCon) has been off since Jan. 2 when it dropped a 56-48 decision at Georgia Southern. Its 6-1 at home and riding a three-game win streak there.
The all-time series has Davidson leading 25-12 after sweeping last year's two meetings, 80-50 and 88-57. Last year's road win (80-50) was the Wildcats' largest in the series. They have won 18 of the past 20 contests overall.
