Caskey, Macnamara Named to SoCon Men’s Soccer All-Tournament Team

MT. PLEASANT, S.C. – Davidson co-captains Alex Caskey and Greg Macnamara were named to the 2010 Southern Conference Men's Soccer All-Tournament team following the conclusion of the tournament Sunday.
Hakan Ilhan's third game-winning goal of the tournament lifted top-seed UNCG to a 1-0 win over No. 2 seed Furman for the 2010 championship.
Furman defeated sixth-seed Davidson Friday in the semifinals to advance to the championship game.
Caskey and Macnamara both took shots in the defensive-minded contest. The two teams had played to a scoreless draw during the regular season.
Both were named to the all-conference team following the regular season.
