
Friday's Game vs. The Citadel Postponed by Rain

DAVIDSON, N.C. -- Tonight's scheduled Southern Conference game between the Davidson Wildcats and the The Citadel Bulldogs has been postponed by rain. The two teams will play a double-header tomorrow at 1 p.m.
The series will conclude with a 1 p.m. contest on Easter Sunday.
Davidson and The Citadel (18-12) enter the weekend series tied for fifth place in the SoCon standings with 7-5 records. The Bulldogs split midweek games against College of Charleston (L, 8-21) and Charleston Southern (W, 9-2) after winning two of three games from Wofford in Charleston last weekend.
Davidson (12-14) is coming off an 11-10, 12-inning loss to Gardner-Webb Wednesday night. Freshman first baseman Drew Gadaire tied a school record with four home runs. The school record was set by Gus Quattlebaum, who homered four times on Feb. 16, 1997 against VCU. Gadaire also singled in his first at-bat and finished with a game-high five RBI.
