Erin Pardini, who scored one of the goals against Longwood, paces the UNCW attack with two goals, three assists and seven points ... Kelly Dodd was honored this week with the CAA Rookie of the Week accolades after scoring two goals last weekend, including the game-winner against Francis Marion ... on the season Dodd has a team-best three goals, while Brittany Croce has a team-high four assists ... UNCW returns 19 letterwinners (8 starters) from last year's 9-8-2 squad ... the early schedule for the Seahawks has been a tough one with games against South Carolina, Charlotte, Wake Forest and East Carolina ... the Seahawks are 1-2-0 on the road.
Next on the Schedule
Davidson enters Southern Conference play to finish out the month of September. First, it heads to Greenville, S.C., for a matchup against the Furman Paladins, Sept. 25, and then plays at Wofford, Sept. 28 to close out the month.
The Wildcats seek to avenge a 1-0 double-overtime setback to Furman at last year's SoCon Tournament semifinals after defeating the Paladins during the regular season, 1-0.
