Golf Announces 2007 Incoming Class

DAVIDSON, N.C. — The Davidson golf team will welcome five very talented incoming freshmen for the 2007 fall campaign as announced by two-time SoCon Coach of the Year Tim Straub, who just completed his seventh season at the helm of the Wildcats.
“I am very excited about our recruiting class,” commented Straub. “They are all very good players who should help our team immediately.”
This year's class hails from five different states and will add to a Wildcat lineup that losses three seniors to graduation, including four-year starters Alex Knoll and Steve Mayo.
