2023-24 (Freshman): Wrestled in 14 matches with a 9-5 record... Finished in third place in the 197-pound division at the King Open (11/18)... Also finished third at the Appalachian Open (1/27) and Wildcat Open (2/25)... Went 5-1 at the King Open with two major decisions, two decisions, and a medical forfeit... Went 3-1 at the Appalachian Open with wins over App State's Gunnar Pool and two wins over Greensboro's Khalil Beck... Defeated Pool again at the Wildcat Open... Scored 105 total match points in his 14 matches including 12 takedowns.
