Career Highlights
• Member of School Record 200 Medley Relay (1:29.03)
2020-21 (Senior): Swam on A-10 champion and school-record 200 medley relay (1:29.03) • Ranked 19th with 35.5 points at the A-10 Championships • Swam to fifth in the 200 fly (1:48.67) and to sixth in the 100 fly (48.85) • Won the consolation final of the 100 breast (56.15) • Swam on the 400 medley relay, which placed fourth at A-10s.
2019-20 (Junior): Swam on the 200 medley relay, which set a school record (1:29.77) and finished seventh at the A-10 Championships • Finished fifth in the 200 fly (1:48.96) at A-10s and reached the finals of the 100 fly and 100 breast • Helped the 400 medley relay take seventh • At the Bucknell Invitational, took seventh in the 200 fly (1:53.73) and helped the 400 medley relay place sixth • Reached the finals of the 100 fly and 100 breast.
2018-19 (Sophomore): Excelled in the butterfly events and climbed the program’s all-time performers list in three events • Reached the B final of the 200 fly at the A-10 championships and touched the wall first with a time of 1:48.86 • Also reached the B final in the 100 fly and the 100 breaststroke • His 200 fly time put him third on the Davidson list • His 100 fly time of 49.45 has him sixth on the program list, and his 100 breast time of 56.41 has him seventh • At the Bucknell Invitational in November, reached the B finals of the 100 and 200 fly events and the C final in the 100 breast.
2017-18 (Freshman): Competed in all nine meets, mostly in butterfly and occasionally breaststroke… one of five Wildcats to compete in the 200 fly finals at the Atlantic 10 Championships, where he finished second among the field at 11thoverall… his prelim cut of 1:50.68 moved him into fifth on the all-time list… also ranks 9thin program history in the 100 fly after a 50.33 time at A-10s… won the 100 fly in his Davidson debut, tying with teammate Alex Strasser at the Queens dual.
Before Davidson: Swam for Bolles School Sharks in club and four years with Atlantic Coast... named captain during senior year... 4x All-First Coast Times Union Swim Team... 3x All Gateway Swim Team (2014, 2015, 2016)... USA Swimming Scholastic American (2015, 2016, 2017)... valedictorian at Atlantic Coast HS.... won the state title in the 200 medley relay and finsihed fourth in both the 100 fly and 100 breast at the FHSAA State Champs in 2016.
Personal: Son of Jeffrey and Mary Tabor... Born on August 15, 1998... Twin brother Pat is a member of the Davidson football team... also has a younger brother, Drew... Planning to study economics.
