Career Highlights
• Member of School Record 200 Free Relay (1:20.73)
• Member of School Record 400 Free Relay (2:58.73)
2020-21 (Senior): Swam on the 200 free relay, which set a school record and placed second at the A-10 finals (1:20.73) • Helped the 400 free relay also set a school record (2:58.73) and finish fourth in the A-10 • Swam on the fifth-place 800 free relay • Reached the 50 free finals.
2019-20 (Junior): At the Bucknell Invitational, swam on the 800 free relay team that took first (6:43.58) • Also at Bucknell, finished seventh with the 400 free relay, 10th with the 200 medley relay and 12th with the 400 medley relay • Reached the finals of the 100 and 200 free.
2018-19 (Sophomore): Competed in freestyle events • Swam on the sixth-place 800 free relay team at the Bucknell Invitational • Also swam on the 400 free relay that took seventh, the 200 free relay that took 10th and the 200 medley relay that placed 15th • Reached the C finals of the 100 free at Bucknell.
2017-18 (Freshman): Competed in nine meets, specializing in a variety of freestyle events.
Before Davidson: Three-year member of both the swimming and golf teams at Forsyth Country Day... named the PACIS Conference Championship Swimmer of the Meet during his senior season after winning the 50 free... three-time all-conference selection... Led Forsyth Country Day to three conference titles (2015, 16, 17)... holds school record in both the 50 free and 400 free relay.
Personal: Son of Alexander and Katherine Jung... Born on April 8, 1999... Both parents are 1990 graduates of Davidson, as well as his grandfather (1966)... sister Hannah is a member of the 2018 graduating class... planning to study economics/political science.
