2011: Competed in the 5000m twice indoors, with a top time of 15:59.19 at the Liberty Open…also competed at the ETSU Niswonger Invitational … opened outdoor season at the 49er Classic in the 5000m with a season-best time of 15:45.57 … competed in the 5000m again at the Winthrop Invitational … member of 4x1600m relay team that won in a Davidson top-10 best 17:56.84 at the Terrier Relays … completed the 10,000m at the outdoor SoCon Championships in 33:25.84.

2010: Ran the 5000m in 16:43.85 in lone indoor performance at the Liberty Open … won the 10,000m in 34:11.37 at the Winthrop Invitational … ran the 5000m outdoors in 15:57.96 at the Charlotte 49er Classic and in 16:34.30 at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational.

2009: Made indoor debut at the Niswonger Invitational (ETSU), completing the 5000m in 16:44.16 … made outdoor debut at the Liberty College Invitational in the 5000m … competed in the 3000m at the Joe Hilton UNC Invitational
