Cross Country
2007: Ran season-best time of 26:54.47 at the Citadel Invitational (10th) ... also competed at the Winthrop Invitational (28:18, 23rd), Furman Invitational (27:31, 31st), and the SoCon Championships (26:58.21, 34th).
2006: Recorded third best team time at the 6K Winthrop Fall Classic (20:08) ... finished 32nd overall at SoCons (26:45).
Track & Field
2008: Ran a season-best 8:36.55 (7th) in the indoor 3,000-meters at the Indoor SoCon championships, where he also competed in the 5,000-meters (15:07.68, fifth).
2007: Part of the 4x1500-meter relay team that set a new school record (16:39.06) at the Clemson Relays ... raced to a season-best time of 15:32.21 in the 5,000- meters at the Charlotte Classic.
2006: In his only two races of the season, ran 15:37.36 for 5K at the indoor conference championship and ran the 1,200 meter leg of the 6th-place distance medley relay in 3:12.
Prep Years: All-Metro for cross country in his junior year .. All-League in track in his senior season ... Davis High School Male Athlete of the Year in 2005 ... Rotary Scholar in 2002 ... National Merit Semi-Finalist ... Davidson Bryan Scholar ... played freshman basketball and jv soccer as a freshman.
