2007: Ran season-best 26:57.47 (13th) at the Citadel Invitational ... also competed at the Furman Invitational (27:14, 26th).

2006: Finished 17th overall at the Charlotte Relays (32:44.8) ... competed at the Paul Short Invitational (26:27) and Southern Conference Championships (26:46.4).

2005: Most improved as a freshman ... finished SoCon Championships with best time of the year at 26:40.20, good for 32nd overall ... recorded a season-best time of 4:03.65 in the 1500-meter at the Carolina Fast Times in outdoor track.

2008: Ran season-best 4:18.08 in the indoor mile and 8:35.69 in the indoor 3,000-meters at the SoCon championships ... also ran season-best 2:34.06 (6th) in the indoor 1,000-meters at the Patriot Games, 15:01.54 in the outdoor 5,000-meters at the Charlotte 49er Classic and 4:00.24 in the outdoor 1,500-meters at the Irwin Belk Invitational.

2007: Registered fifth-best time at UNC Indoor Opener in the mile (4:29.82) … member of Distance Medley Relay team that set a new school record (10:17.04) at UNC Indoor Fast Times … season-best time (4:25.97) in the mile at SoCon Indoor Championships, good for seventh place … finished first in 1500-meters (4:01.74) at Radford Invite.

2006: Recorded a season-best time (4:03.65) in 1500-meters at Carolina Fast Times.

Prep Years: Was the runner-up in both the 1600-meters and 3,200-meters at the Virginia Independent Schools State Championships ... personal bests of 4:24 and 9:55 for the 1,600-meters and 3,200-meters, respectively ... received his high school's John Scott Walker, Jr. track and field award as well as the Athletic Director's award ... a Davidson Scholar.
