2011: Named second-team All-PFL • Named first-team All-America by BeyondSportsNetwork.com • Ranked eighth in the country in receiving yards (100.6/gm) and third in receptions (9.1/gm) and led the PFL in both categories • Ranked seventh in the PFL in all-purpose yards (100.6/gm) • Set a school record with 100 receptions and became the first Davidson receiver with over 1,000 yards since 1972 • Started all 11 games he played in • Topped 100 receiving yards in four games • Caught seven passes for 195 yards and two TDs against Johnson C. 2009: Played in the final six games of the season • Had three receptions for 27 yards at Dayton • Also caught a pass at San Diego.

Personal: Born July 16, 1991 • The son of Landon and Martha Funsten • Has two younger sisters, Melissa (joining the Davidson field hockey team as a freshman this season) and Jennifer • Uncle, Kevin Brown ran track at Dennison • Grandfather, Keith Brown ran track at Wisconsin.
