Traversed the 5k course in 16:41.6 at the Spider Alumni Open (Sept. 1) … Completed the 8k course in 26:57 at the Royals XC Challenge (Oct. 12).

2017 (Sophomore):
Placed 17th at the Charlotte Preview Meet with a 5k run of 16:49.9 (Sept. 1) … Stopped the clock in 19:24.3 at the 6k Adidas XC Challenge (Sept. 15) … Posted his best 8k of the season at the Queen City Invite with a time of 25:44 (Oct. 13) … Covered the 8k at the Mason XC Invitational in 26:42 (Sept. 30) … Was third on the team at the Atlantic 10 Championship, traversing the 8k course in 27:03.4 (Oct. 28).

2016 (Freshman):
