Wrestled in one match at 165 pounds, before his season was ended due to injury.
2014-15 (Junior):
Competed at 165 pounds ... Collected a 6-5 decision versus Dakota Roberts of North Carolina-Pembroke at the Wolfpack Open (Nov. 16) … Earned his first pin of the year against Franklin & Marshall’s Ekow Eshun at the Lock Haven Invitational (Dec. 29) … Recorded his second fall of the season against Jared Costa of Anderson at the 3:49 mark (Jan. 17) ... Fell to Gardner-Webb’s Austin Trott and Kenneth Radford of The Citadel at the 2015 Southern Conference Championships (March 7).
2013-14 (Sophomore):
Wrestled at 165 pounds… Pinned Brandon Vovan of Newberry in 4:17 at the Wolfpack Open (Nov. 11)… Defeated Stephen Wylie of Anderson in a 4-3 decision (Nov. 24)… Lost a close 13-11 decision to Jon Scheidegger of Sacred Heart (Dec. 7)… Took a 19-8 loss from Mark Darr of VMI (Jan. 24) in SoCon action… Dropped an 8-3 bout to Kevin Cooper of Chattanooga (Feb. 2)… Fell to Turtogh Luvsandorj of the Citadel (TF5, 8-23 (4:08)) and Austin Trott of Gardner-Webb (TF5, 0-15 (2:15)) in the deepest weight class at the SoCon Championships (March 8).
2012-13 (Freshman):
Went 1-2 at 149 pounds and 0-4 at 157 pounds…Earned a 6-4 decision over Matt Buckworth at the Wolpack Open (Nov. 11).
Coach’s Quote: “It’s great having a local guy on the team to help build the area fan base. He’s going to compete at 141 and 149 pounds. Patrick has been to camp here and is an extremely hard worker. He’s talented enough to step in right away.”

Won three letters at Lake Norman H.S. … all-conference and all-region… two-time state qualifier … four-year NCHSAA Scholar Athlete … received Coach’s Award in 2011… varsity captain … three-year regional qualifier … senior year had 43 wins with 26 pins … member of National Honor Society … N.C. academic scholar.
