Sayman Continues Strong Play to Wrap Up Nemacolin Collegiate

FARMINGTON, Pa. – Junior Davis Sayman posted his second straight sub-par round to finish tied for 30th at the 2025 Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational hosted by West Virginia.
The two-day / 54-hole event was played on the 7,526-yard, Par 72 Nemacolin Woodland Resort – Mystic Rock layout.
After opening with a 77, Sayman played his final 36 holes in five-under (70-69) highlighted by eight birdies and just three bogeys.
As a team, the Wildcats fired a season-low 290 to finish with a three-round total of +25.
The host Mountaineers (-36) led wire-to-wire cruising to an 18-shot victory over Western Carolina (-18).
Kaleb Wilson of West Virginia and George Mason's Vaughn McMeans shared medalist honors at 11-under par.
Jackson Bode (+10 | T-72) finished with a team-best five birdies Tuesday to shoot an even-par 72. Nate Faulkner (+8 | T-65), Alexander Paschall (+10 | T-72) and Owen Jessop (+15 | T-86) were also in the Davidson lineup.
