Wildcats Wrap Up Season Opener in Chicago

WESTCHESTER, Ill. – The Davidson men's golf team wrapped up their fall opener Tuesday afternoon at the Highlands Invitational.
The 13-team / 74-player event hosted by East Tennessee State was played on the 7,349-yard, Par 72 Chicago Highlands Golf Course.
Competing as an individual, Jackson Bode (+10), led the way for the Wildcats.
Wake Forest (-24) claimed the team title by eight strokes over the host Buccaneers (-16).
The Demon Deacons' Jorge Hao (-17) captured the individual title by six shots.

The Wildcats will continue their fall slate in two weeks at the Nemacolin Collegiate Invitational hosted by West Virgina Sept. 29-30.
