DAVIDSON — Davidson Wildcats swam out front and in packs while earning 19 event wins and sweeping the team victories as well against Old Dominion Saturday afternoon in Cannon Pool.
The Davidson women won by a 203-85 margin, while the men won 172-108, and the Wildcats finished at least 1-2 in 11 events, including the men's 200 fly, which was a 1-4 Davidson finish.
"The team was impressive today," said Davidson coach John Young. "This has been a busy stretch — and it's not quite done for the women (who compete at UNC Asheville next week) — but I think we've benefitted from four consecutive weekends of racing. We had lots of impressive performances today."
