Skibbe Reclaims Rookie of the Week Honor

WASHINGTON -- For the fourth time this season, Davidson lacrosse freshman Jenna Skibbe has been named the Atlantic 10's Rookie of the Week, the league office announced Monday.
The Florida native scored a game-high four goals during the Wildcats' 16-6 win over George Mason on Saturday afternoon, as the freshman phenom recorded her 8th multi-goal game of the season.
Skibbe's third goal of the game over the Patriots proved to be the game-winner, while her four goals brought her season total to 34.
With 2.83 goals per game, Skibbe ranks sixth in the Atlantic 10 and third among all freshmen nationally in scoring.
Skibbe and the 'Cats return home to take on Saint Joseph's on Saturday, April 13 at 12 p.m.
