Stewart Tabbed A-10 Rookie of the Week

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Fresh off a third-place finish and helping Davidson to the 2023 Sea Palms Invitational title, Joshua Stewart has been named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office Friday.
A redshirt freshman from Winter Springs, Fla., Stewart finished the annual event with a 54-hole total of 202 (-11), highlighted by a final round tournament-low 63. In addition to his bogey-free personal-best, Stewart finished the tournament with 16 birdies and an eagle.
Davidson's entire starting lineup finished inside the Top-15 individually as the Wildcats set a new school and tournament record, firing 43-under par over three rounds to capture its second team title of the 2022-23 season by 13 strokes.

Davidson will enjoy a two-week break from tournament play before returning to action March 26-27 at the Seahawk Intercollegiate hosted by UNCW.
