Hartnett Wins Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- Davidson freshman Allie Hartnett was named the Atlantic 10's Rookie of the Week after the first week of the 2023 season, the league office announced Monday.
Hartnett helped the Wildcats to a 17-13 victory over High Point University on Saturday, as the Ohio native scored the eventual game-winning goal in her first collegiate game.
The midfielder also dished three assists as Davidson defeated the Panthers for the third consecutive year.
Hartnett and the Wildcats will be back in action on Wednesday, Feb. 15 to take on the No. 11 Blue Devils in Richardson Stadium at 4:30 p.m.
