Junior Josie Schaffer and senior Mira Gladstone both split their matches, taking the first set 6-4 and 6-3 respectively, but ultimately fell to their opponents from Wake. Davidson dropped the doubles point with the No. 15 duo of Samantha Martinelli and Casie Wooten defeating Schaffer and freshman Kayva Patel of Davidson.
