Hardin Tabbed Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Davidson freshman Josh Hardin picked up a win in his collegiate debut and was named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for his efforts, announced by the league Wednesday.
Hardin bested the field in the 400-meter run at the 49er Classic Saturday, stopping the clock at 48.66 seconds. His result moved him into the top-10 all-time performers list. The Bluff City, Tenn., native also posted a top-five result in the 200-meter dash.
Davidson returns to the track beginning Thursday on the opening day of the Raleigh Relays in Durham, N.C. on the campus of NC State.
