Alvarez Competes at the Mason Winter Track Fiesta

FAIRFAX, Va. – Men's track and field senior Daniel Alvarez competed at the George Mason Winter Track Fiesta Sunday at the Field House.
A year after claiming the Atlantic 10 Championship, Alvarez once again toed the line in the 800-meter of an indoor meet. The Dobson, N.C., native placed fifth overall.
The Davidson men's cross country team will hit the trails Friday, Mar. 5 for the A-10 Championship in Mechanicsville, Va. The outdoor track season is slated to start Friday, Mar. 19 at the Charlotte 49er Classic.
