LOXLEY, Ala. – The Davidson golf team wrapped up their 2019 fall campaign Sunday afternoon at the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational hosted by South Alabama.
The Wildcats conclude their four-tournament slate with a pair of Top-5 finishes, highlighted by a third-place showing at the River Run Collegiate.
The 54-hole/two-day event was played on the 7,096-yard, Par 72 Steelwood Country Club layout.
The 13-team field featured No. 38 Arkansas State, Cincinnati, Davidson, Indiana, Kennesaw State, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Navy, North Alabama, Rice, Richmond, South Alabama and Wofford.

Two-time A-10 Player of the Week Alex Ross was forced to withdrawal from the final round due to injury.
Mississippi State (-19) held onto its overnight lead to claim the team title by 14 strokes over Arkansas State, while the Bulldogs' Ford Clegg (-10) and Garrett Johnson (-9) finished 1-2 in the individual standings.
