BRONX, N.Y. — Davidson's women's soccer game at Fordham has been moved up to a 10:15 a.m. start time at Jack Coffey Stadium due to heavy rain expected in the area. The game was set for a 1 p.m. kickoff, but due to the Tropical Rainstorm Olga that is expected to hit the area all day the game was moved up.
The Wildcats (8-7-3, 3-4-2 A-10) and the Rams (4-10-4, 3-4-2 A-10) are tied for eighth place in the league standings and fighting for one of the top-eight spots to advance to the Atlantic 10 Championships. The winner of the game clinches a spot in the Championship, while a draw will force other results and tie-breakers to determine each team's postseason fate.
