DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson dropped a 2-0 decision in its season and home opener Friday night against Coastal Carolina in women's soccer at Alumni Stadium.
Quick Hits About and From the Game:
•This was the fourth meeting between Davidson and Coastal Carolina dating back to 2013.
•The Chanticleers own a 2-1-1 lead in the series after the win tonight.
•Davidson was opening its season at home for the eighth consecutive year.
•The program is beginning its 30th year of women's soccer.
•The Wildcats fell to 12-18 all-time in season openers and 17-13 in home openers.
