2018 Promotional Schedule Set For Davidson W. Soccer

DAVIDSON, N.C. — The promotional schedule has been set for the 2018 Davidson women's soccer season with a variety of events happening throughout the season. The Wildcats open their season and the official 2018-19 athletic calendar year, Friday, Aug. 17, at home vs. Coastal Carolina at 7:30 pm.
Below is a look at the events and dates for the season...
Monday, August 20 vs. USC-Upstate @ 7 pm
• "Welcome Back" Davidson Students - There will be a student promotion with a pre-game tailgate for Davidson Students as apart of "Wildcat Welcome Week"
Friday, August 31 vs. Mercer @ 7 pm
• "Pups at the Pitch" - Bring your dog to the game! First 150 dogs will receive a free doggie bandanna.
- (all owners will have to sign a waiver prior to entry, 1 dog per adult (18 and older), additional restrictions may apply)
Friday, September 7 vs. UNCG @ 7 pm
• Club Soccer Night - Teams can participate in pre-game high-five tunnel, anthem buddies, ball kids, and halftime entertainment. There will be a special poster giveaway and autographs with the team following the game vs. the Spartans.
• It will also be Senior Night for the soccer team as Davidson will honor its seniors prior to the start of the game.
Sunday, October 7th vs. Dayton @ 2 pm
• Girl Scouts Day - Contact your troop leader for more information
Thursday, October 11 vs. Massachusetts @ 7 pm
• Pink Out - Wear pink to show your support towards the fight against breast cancer. Davidson College's Conor House will have a booth at the game with several things to purchase, with the money going to support breast cancer.
