Abell Announces Dates for Elite Prospect Camp

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson head football coach Scott Abell has announced four dates for his Elite Prospect Camp to take place throughout the summer at Richardson Stadium.
The Wildcats' have announced four camp dates beginning on June 10 and continuing on June 15 and 21, while the final date is slated for July 21. The June 15th camp date is set to be a big one as members of the Penn State football coaching staff will work with the Wildcat staff as counselors.
"We are excited to have the Penn State staff join us for a double session of prospect camps this summer on June 15th. I believe that it speaks volumes to the type of student-athletes we can and will attract to our campus," said Abell. "It will be a very competitive environment for the student-athletes and I think it will bring out the best in everyone that attends the camp. We wanted to make sure that if we were going to have another school join us for camp that they had similar beliefs when it comes to putting an emphasis on academics and model student-athletes, and I believe we found a perfect match with Penn State in those regards."
