Coach Abell Announces Spring Football Practice Schedule

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson head football coach Scott Abell announced the 15-practice schedule capped off by the Spring Game Saturday, April 21 at Richardson Stadium.
Abell will hit the field with the Wildcats for the first time Sunday, March 18 on Stephen B. Smith Field. Davidson will run 14 practices between Richardson Stadium and the grass practice field from the opening practice until Thursday, April 19 ahead of the Spring Game, slated to begin at 1:30 p.m.
"The 2018 spring practices will be important for the staff and team as we continue to build and learn from one another," said Abell. "The points of emphasis for spring will be the installation of new offensive, defensive and special teams philosophies and evaluating the current roster."
