Davidson Announces W. Soccer Spring Schedule

DAVIDSON, N.C. — Head coach Adam Denton announced Davidson's 2018 women's soccer spring schedule, as the Wildcats will play five games this spring and have three of those games at Alumni Stadium.
"Everyone in the program is looking forward to the spring season and the games ahead," said Denton. "The players have worked very hard over the last few months while we were in our off-season phase and now we are looking forward to our spring season. This competitive schedule gives this group a good balance of home and away competition, and our young group have opportunities to improve in the competitive environment that we are creating both at practices and games."
The season will kickoff at Catawba College, Feb. 17, at 12 p.m, followed by Belmont Abbey at 1:15 p.m. On Feb. 2, Davidson will host Winthrop at Alumni Stadium for a 6:00 p.m. game. After spring break, Davidson hosts UNCG, March 17, at 12:00 p.m. Then following Easter break, the Wildcats take to the road and travel to Wingate for a 12:00 p.m. game, April 14, before finishing up the season at home vs. Western Carolina (April 21) at 12:00 p.m. and Radford at 2:30 p.m.
Admission, as with all home games at Alumni Stadium will be free for fans.
