WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Junior Brady Logan broke a 10-year-old indoor shot put record at the JDL Dual Meet Madness Sunday at JDL Fast Track.
Logan, who already holds the outdoor shot put record, stretched the tape 15.46-meters (50'8.75) on his third attempt to break Will Funderburg's previous mark set back in 2008. His toss placed him second on the day.
Junior Will Jones was fifth in the mile (4:38.74), while freshman Iain Anderson was seventh (4:40.03). Sophomore Robbie Seaton-Todd placed 13th with a time of 2:00.60.
Davidson returns to the track Friday, Feb. 2 at the Camel City Classic hosted at JDL Fast Track.
