DAVIDSON, N.C. – East Carolina's Annah Lindberg's second goal, a free kick, proved to be the game-winner with two minutes remaining as Davidson dropped a tough 2-1 setback at home Friday night at Alumni Stadium in women's soccer.
Davidson, which had rallied just seconds before Lindberg's game-winner to tie the score and grab the momentum, fell to 1-2 on the season. ECU moved to 2-0.
