O’Linger Named A-10 Pitcher of the Week

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Senior Durin O'Linger of the Davidson baseball team has been named Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Week, the conference announced Monday.
O'Linger led the Wildcats to a 1-0 victory over Saint Louis on Saturday. The Tampa, Fla., native tossed the first complete game shutout of his career, limiting the Billikens to just seven hits and only one extra-base hit while striking out five.
O'Linger shares the award with VCU freshman Michael Dailey.
The Wildcats return to Wilson Field to host High Point Wednesday, May 4 for a 6 p.m. first pitch.
